Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment at time of booking. This covers admin, diary management, appointment allocation and all prep work carried out before the service takes place, This amount will not be deducted from any future refunds and is retained in all circumstances.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
