We require all clients to have a skin test if its there first visit to the salon, not had colour on scalp for more then six months or have experienced scalp sensitivity.
Must be booked at least 72hrs before appointment.
We with hold the right to refuse to colour any persons hair if a skin test has not been carried out.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to attend an appointment will incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
• We kindly ask for as much notice as possible to allow us to offer your appointment to another guest.
Online Appointments - All appointment's booked online are subject to a deposit amount between 50% to 100%, this will be taken off your final bill at your appointment, if you need to change your appointment you must give us at least 48hrs notice for your deposit to be transferred to your next booked appointment , if you cancel with less then 24hrs notice your deposit will not be returned to you, if you do not attend your appointment your deposit will not be refund and you will lose 100% of your deposit as well as a 30% of the booked appointment cost being
added to your next bill.
New & Existing Clients - We will ask for a deposit via text or over the phone on booking your appointment, if you need to change your appointment your current deposit will be carried over to your next booked appointment.

Wig Purchases - All wigs purchased will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. once remaining balance is paid, all tags are cut off or wig is cut, this makes the sale final, no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless the wig is deemed faulty by the manufacture. Any other costs related to your return will be charged.
Prices

Prices are subject to change with out notice and are indicated as a guide. Any Additional services you have whilst in the salon that have not been quoted for during a consultation will be disused with you before they are carried out. If you agree to these services & they are carried out they will be added to your bill.
We reserve the right to charge for a Re-design if it is your first visit to the Authentically you hair or your last visit to Authentically you hair was more then ten weeks, you will be notified during your consultation or when booking your appointment.
Promotions
All promotions shown on Authenticallyyouhair.co.uk are correct as of march 2025
We reserve the right to withdraw any promotions at any time and to refuse promotion to persons if they are seen as fraudulent.
All promotions can not be exchanged for cash.
All staff at Authentically you hair reserve the right to refuse to do a clients hair, based on behaviour, language used by clients as well as condition of hair.
