We are proud partnered with MYNEWHAIR, offering a specialized & unique service to those suffering from hair loss or for those with any concerns relating to hair loss & scalp conditions.
No one can possibly understand how hard it is to come to the salon when you are suffering from hair loss, so we wanted to take the stress out of coming to the salon & out of the consultation process, we offer a secluded and private area with in the salon, where you can have your consultation** with our dedicated wig specialist, in complete privacy, but why enjoying the ambiance and buzz of the salon.
Wigs
Finding the perfect wig is essential and we offer a compassionate consultation for those suffering from medical hair loss, taking the time to discuss the different types available and offer advice on colour and styles. We keep a selection of wigs in stock; however, we can order others in if you can’t find what you are looking for.
Human hair wigs are slightly heavier, they can be styled using heat but need to be cared for just like natural human hair
Synthetics wigs are lighter, come pre-styled and can be washed but not blow dried. Synthetic wigs are more popular the human hair due to there ease to maintain.
Fitting and Aftercare
Our stylists are trained by Trevor Sorbie in professional wig styling they will be able to, cut your wig to suit your face shape to give a more natural appearance and help with the after care of your wig.
Cancer and Hair Loss
Losing hair from cancer can affect people in different ways. Some treatments can cause only partial hair loss or thinning of the hair, whilst others cause complete hair loss, including eyebrows and eyelashes. We are experienced in cancer hair loss and can discuss your hair loss cancer treatment options with you.
Alopecia Hair Loss
Alopecia is the medical term for a variety of different types of hair loss, this can effect both men & women.
**Consultations are 60 minutes and will be charged at £70
